GARNFFRWD FISHERY

At Garnffrwd Park, in South West Wales you will find a superbly designed and landscaped 5 acre lake set in beautiful woodland surroundings. The lake is fed by a quarter of a million gallons of natural spring water per day. Built in 1983 with trout fishermen in mind it is abundant in aquatic life with good hatches of sedge, damsel, mayfly and many other species of fly and crustacean – terrific natural food for big trout!

The platforms are carefully positioned so that most of the water can be covered whilst allowing plenty of room for anglers to enjoy their fishing in pleasant, uncrowded and peaceful surroundings.

The lake holds good sized rainbow, sparctic, blue, brown and tiger trout. We will soon be rearing at the fishery again on our own fish farm, to produce superbly conditioned fighters just waiting for someone to have a go!

The lake is open from 8.00am to dusk throughout the year.
